1. Operator and Scope
The ORBIT service at https://theorbit.world is operated by Support Global Goods s.r.o., IČO 21983330, with its registered office at Kojetínská 3157/55, Přerov I-Město, 750 02 Přerov, Czech Republic (hereinafter "the operator"). Contact: support@theorbit.world. The contracting party is always the operator, not the ORBIT brand. These terms regulate all readings, weekly memberships, weekly readings, and chat minute top-ups. The offer is intended for consumers residing in the 27 EU member states and the USA; purchases are not available in other countries.
2. Age and Customer Data
Only persons over 18 years of age may use the service. Age is determined by the date of birth entered; a minor cannot create or purchase a reading. The customer enters truthful personal data and their actual country of residence and is responsible for the accuracy of the email address to which content is delivered. Data of another person (e.g., a partner for a relationship reading) should only be entered with their knowledge. Do not enter health or other sensitive data. Unknown time or place of birth can be omitted; the reading will then explicitly account for this limitation.
3. Nature of the Service
A reading is a digital text created with the help of artificial intelligence from astronomically and numerologically calculated data and selected tarot cards. It is a symbolic interpretation intended for entertainment and personal reflection. A reading does not predict a certain future and is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, investment, or career advice. It does not guarantee any outcome, especially financial gain, healing, a relationship, or specific event dates. Do not delay professional help or base serious decisions solely on a reading. AI may create inaccuracies or similar phrasing; this does not affect the operator's obligation to deliver the agreed-upon content.
4. Offer and Prices
Current prices for your country: Start Personal Reading $9.99 (including 2 minutes of chat), Expanded Personal Reading $14.99 (including 5 minutes of chat), Relationships in Depth and Money in Depth $14.99, Career and Business $17.99, Yearly Reading $24.99. A weekly membership costs $9.99 every 7 days. Chat minute top-up: 5 minutes $4.99, 10 minutes $7.99, 20 minutes $12.99. Prices are final, including tax collected by the operator, and in the currency determined by the customer's country, not the page language. Before confirming payment, the exact amount, currency, and order content will always be displayed. The price is based on the operator's price list and is never determined by the customer's browser.
5. Order and Contract Conclusion
The customer first enters data, views a free sample, and selects a reading. The full reading is prepared before payment and is only unlocked after payment verification on the server. Data can be corrected before submitting the order. Consents are actively checked, never pre-filled. The contract is concluded upon payment confirmation. Canceled, unsuccessful, or unverified payment will not unlock content. Order confirmation is sent via email.
6. Weekly Membership for Readings
For personal readings and Relationships in Depth, Money in Depth, and Career and Business readings, the customer may activate a weekly membership along with the reading, but only with their explicit consent to recurring payments. With consent, they pay the reading price now, and the first 7 days of membership are free; thereafter, $9.99 is automatically charged every 7 days until canceled. Each paid period includes a new weekly personal reading sent by email. Without consent, this is a one-time purchase without a subscription. Those who already have a membership will not receive a second membership, and the reading will be a one-time payment. Details are governed by the Membership and Cancellation Terms.
7. Yearly Reading and Subsequent Weekly Readings
The Yearly Reading for $24.99 is a one-time purchase without a subscription and without automatic renewal. After completing it, the customer can independently order Personal Readings every week. This offer is a subscription: $9.99 is paid immediately, the first weekly reading is delivered via email, and then $9.99 is charged every 7 days until the customer cancels the subscription. It is ordered with a separate active consent. If the customer already has an active membership, a second one will not be created.
8. Chat and Minute Top-Up
The Start Reading includes 2 minutes of chat, and the Expanded Reading includes 5 minutes. Time is counted only during active chat from the customer's first message. Once exhausted, 5, 10, or 20 minutes can be topped up once at the prices listed above; the top-up does not create a subscription and is added to the remaining time of the same reading. Top-up is paid in the currency of the original purchase. Chat responses are generated by AI based on the saved reading and have the same symbolic nature as the reading. Unused minutes cannot be exchanged for money.
9. Payment and Taxes
Payments are processed by Stripe; available payment methods depend on the country and device. The operator does not know or store payment card details. In the EU, VAT is applied according to the place of supply, for cross-border digital services under the OSS scheme. In the US, any sales tax is determined by the customer's state and address. Stripe calculates and collects the tax; the operator ensures tax declarations and remittances. Recurring membership payments are charged to the same payment method; a receipt is available in the Stripe portal.
10. Delivery and Emails
The paid reading is made available on the website immediately after payment verification, and its full text is sent to the email from the order. It is available on the website for 7 days from payment; it remains permanently in the email. The customer will primarily receive: order confirmation with price, consents, and terms; an email with the full reading; for memberships, a weekly reading after each paid period and notification of unsuccessful payment. This does not guarantee a specific generation time. If content does not arrive within 24 hours, check your spam folder and contact support.
11. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EU generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ceases if the customer explicitly agreed to immediate delivery before delivery, confirmed they lose the right of withdrawal, and received contract confirmation. This consent is given separately for each order. The customer's right to cancel membership at any time with future effect is not affected. US customers have rights under applicable federal and state law. The procedure is governed by the Withdrawal and Complaints document.
12. Complaints
If the reading was not delivered, is incomplete, technically defective, or does not correspond to the ordered type of reading, please contact support@theorbit.world. We will handle the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days, by repair, new delivery, discount, or refund. The symbolic content of the reading, disagreement with the interpretation, or the fact that the anticipated development did not materialize are not considered defects. We always address unauthorized payments.
13. Content Use and Prohibited Conduct
Readings are intended only for the customer's personal non-commercial use. Without the operator's consent, they cannot be resold, mass-distributed, or used to train other systems. It is prohibited to circumvent payments or security, automatically download content, abuse the interface or chat, or impersonate another person. In case of violation, the operator may restrict access; the customer's statutory rights remain. Rights to the website, the ORBIT brand, texts, and graphics belong to the operator.
14. Liability
The customer is responsible for decisions made based on the reading. The operator is not liable for damages arising from such decisions or for temporary unavailability of the service due to reasons beyond their control. The operator's total liability to the customer is limited to the amount the customer paid for the relevant service in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to harm to life and health, damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
15. Governing Law, Disputes, and Changes
The contract is governed by Czech law; this does not deprive the consumer of the protection of mandatory regulations of their country of residence. Consumers may contact the competent court or the Czech Trade Inspection Authority as a body for out-of-court dispute resolution: https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/. Mandatory arbitration or waiver of class action is not agreed upon. The operator may change the terms; changes do not apply retroactively to concluded orders. We will inform about price changes or membership terms via email in advance, and the customer can cancel the membership before the change takes effect. The Czech version is decisive; translations are for understanding, in case of doubt, the interpretation more favorable to the consumer shall apply.
