Membership and Cancellation Terms

Updated October 17, 2026

What is Weekly Membership

A weekly membership costs $9.99 every 7 days. Each paid period includes a new personal weekly reading delivered by email, created from your saved data and actual astronomical calculations for that week. Membership is never activated without your separate explicit consent to recurring payments.

Membership with a Reading

For personal readings (Start $9.99, Expanded $14.99) and Relationships in Depth and Money in Depth ($14.99) and Career and Business ($17.99) readings, you can activate membership with your purchase. You will only pay the reading price now; the first 7 days of membership are free, and then $9.99 is charged every 7 days. The date of the first payment is stated in the order confirmation.

Yearly Reading

The Yearly Reading for $24.99 is a one-time purchase and does not include any subscription. After reading it, you can order Personal Readings every week as a subscription: you pay $9.99 immediately and then every 7 days until canceled.

How to Cancel Membership

On the main page, open "Cancel Subscription" and proceed via email from your purchase to the secure Stripe portal, which will verify email ownership. You can cancel at any time without stating a reason and without a fee; cancellation is effective from the end of the currently paid period, which remains yours. After completion, check the confirmation. If you encounter difficulties, write to support@theorbit.world. Unsubscribing from emails or deleting an email does not cancel membership. Your paid readings remain yours.

Unsuccessful Payment and Changes

If a payment fails, Stripe may automatically retry it; the weekly reading will not be delivered for the unpaid period, and we will inform you by email. After final failure, the membership will be terminated. We will not change the price or billing frequency without prior email notification; you can reject the change by canceling your membership before it takes effect. Your statutory rights, including the right to remedy non-delivery, remain unaffected.
