When Withdrawal is Possible
A reading is digital content delivered immediately after payment. The right to withdraw within 14 days ceases if you explicitly agreed to immediate delivery before delivery, confirmed the loss of the right of withdrawal, and received contract confirmation. This applies to each reading and each weekly reading separately. You can withdraw as long as the content has not been delivered. Membership cancellation is a separate action with future effect. In the US, applicable federal and state law applies.
Complaints and Refunds
If the reading was not delivered, is incomplete or technically defective, or if payment occurred without your authorization, write to support@theorbit.world: name, purchase email, date, order identification, problem description, and requested solution. Never send card details. We will process it within 30 days by repair, new delivery, discount, or refund to the original payment method. Sample withdrawal form: I hereby inform you that I am withdrawing from the contract for the provision of [service], ordered on [date], identification [number], name [name], address [address], email [email], date [date].
