Terms and Conditions

Updated October 8, 2026

ORBIT is in test mode: payments are not real, and live weekly membership has not launched. This information describes the offer being tested and does not confirm readiness for live sales. Translations were prepared with AI assistance; they are not certified legal translations. Delivery, order confirmations, cancellation verification, and local legal and tax requirements still need to be finalized before launch.

1. Operator and Availability

ORBIT at https://theorbit.world is operated by Support Global Goods s.r.o., Company ID No. 21983330, Kojetínská 3157/55, Přerov I-Město, 750 02 Přerov, Czech Republic. Contact: support@theorbit.world. Your contracting party is the company, not the ORBIT brand. The offer is intended for consumers in the 27 EU member states and the United States. Purchases are not available elsewhere, even if the page displays a price in USD. Customers must provide accurate information about themselves and their billing country.

2. Age and Information

Only individuals who are at least 18 years old may use the service. Age is checked using the date of birth: minors cannot proceed or create a reading, and an explanation is displayed. Before placing an order, customers confirm that they meet the age requirement. A date of birth does not constitute identity verification. Enter your own information; do not enter health information or information about other people. If your time of birth is unknown, you may omit it; the reading will then take this limitation into account.

3. Nature of the Service

A reading is automatically generated text created with AI assistance that combines astrology, numerology, and tarot. Astronomical and numerological calculations provide the basis for symbolic interpretation; they do not establish its scientific validity. The content is for entertainment and personal reflection, not a prediction of a certain future or medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. It is not a human-verified assessment or crisis assistance. Do not delay professional care or base major decisions solely on a reading. AI may produce inaccuracies or similar wording; neither life outcomes nor the absolute uniqueness of the text is guaranteed. This does not limit the obligation to provide the agreed content.

4. Price and Ordering

The price, currency, order contents, automatic membership, and cancellation rules are displayed before payment. You pay $4.99 now to unlock your personal reading and simultaneously activate membership: the first 7 days are free, then $6.99 every 7 days until canceled. This is not a purchase without a subscription. You can correct your information before submitting the order. Consent to the terms, recurring payments, and immediate delivery must be actively given, not prechecked. Content is unlocked only after payment is verified on the server; a canceled or failed payment will not unlock it. In test mode, this is not a real sale.

5. Payments and Taxes

Stripe processes payment information. Available payment methods depend on the device and country. Prices shown in the configured offer include applicable taxes collected; the final total is displayed before payment confirmation. The currency is determined by the customer's known country, independently of the page language. In the EU, VAT is assessed based on the place of supply and the applicable regime, including OSS for eligible cross-border supplies. The United States is not subject to OSS; any sales tax depends on the billing address, state, local rules, and registration obligations. Stripe may calculate and collect tax, but the operator, together with its accountant, is responsible for tax returns and remittance. Automatic calculation alone does not confirm that the correct registrations are in place.

6. Delivery and Documentation

The first personal reading is made available on the website after payment confirmation. This does not guarantee a specific generation time. Keep the reading identifier and proof of payment; contact support if you encounter a problem. Before live launch, email order confirmation containing the price, consents, and a retainable copy of the terms, as well as weekly delivery, must be completed. The current test mode does not guarantee these future features. Statutory rights in cases of nondelivery and defects remain unaffected.

7. Withdrawal and Complaints

Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right may be lost only when the statutory conditions are met: prior express consent to delivery before the withdrawal period expires, acknowledgment of the loss of the right, and the required contract confirmation. Merely clicking or reading the terms is not enough. Consent relating to the first reading does not automatically remove rights relating to other or future supplies. There is no absolute prohibition on refunds: rights relating to defects, nondelivery, unauthorized payments, and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Send a complaint or notice of withdrawal to support@theorbit.world with the date, order email address, identifier, and a description of the problem; never send your full card number. Correction, price reduction, contract termination, and refunds are governed by applicable law. Customers in the United States have rights under applicable federal and state laws.

8. Use, Liability, and Disputes

The content is for personal, noncommercial use. Do not bypass payments or security measures or misuse the interface. Customers are responsible for their decisions; however, this does not exclude consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited, particularly liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury. Czech law applies without depriving customers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. We do not restrict access to a competent court, authority, or statutory out-of-court dispute resolution process. For consumer disputes, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority: https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/. The discontinued European ODR platform is not used. Mandatory local rights in the EU and the United States prevail over any conflicting provision; no mandatory arbitration or class action waiver is agreed to. New terms do not retroactively change an accepted order; membership changes require advance notice and the applicable customer rights.
