Withdrawal and Complaints

Updated October 8, 2026

ORBIT is in test mode: payments are not real, and live weekly membership has not launched. This information describes the offer being tested and does not confirm readiness for live sales. Translations were prepared with AI assistance; they are not certified legal translations. Delivery, order confirmations, cancellation verification, and local legal and tax requirements still need to be finalized before launch.

Your Statutory Rights

There is no absolute prohibition on refunds. For an immediately delivered digital reading, the 14-day right to withdraw may be lost only if the statutory conditions for express consent, acknowledgment of the loss of the right, and the required contract confirmation are met. Nondelivery, defects, unauthorized payments, and mandatory local rights are unaffected. Canceling membership and withdrawing from the contract are different actions. Applicable federal and state law governs in the United States; a uniform European-style 14-day right is not assumed.

Contact and Sample Request

Write to support@theorbit.world with your name, purchase email address, date, order identifier, requested resolution, and a description of the problem. To withdraw, you may write: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the provision of [služba], ordered on [datum], identifier [číslo], name [jméno], address [adresa], email [e-mail], date [datum]. Recipient: Support Global Goods s.r.o., Kojetínská 3157/55, Přerov I-Město, 750 02 Přerov, Czech Republic. A signature is required only for paper submissions. Using the sample wording is not a condition for exercising your statutory right. Do not send card information. If the statutory requirements are met, a remedy and any applicable refund will be provided within the applicable time limit.
