1. Operator and availability
ORBIT at https://theorbit.world is operated by Support Global Goods s.r.o., company identification number 21983330, Kojetínská 3157/55, Přerov I-Město, 750 02 Přerov, Czech Republic. Contact: support@theorbit.world. Your contracting party is the company, not the ORBIT brand. The offer is intended for consumers in the 27 EU Member States and the USA. Purchases are not available elsewhere, even if the page displays a price in USD. Customers must provide accurate details about themselves and their billing country.
2. Age and information
Only people aged 18 or over may use the service. Age is checked against the date of birth: minors cannot proceed or create a reading, and an explanation is displayed. Before placing an order, customers confirm that they meet the age requirement. A date of birth does not constitute identity verification. Enter your own details; do not enter health information or other people's data. If your time of birth is unknown, you may leave it out; the reading will then take this limitation into account.
3. Nature of the service
The reading is text generated automatically with the assistance of AI, combining astrology, numerology and tarot. Astronomical and numerological calculations provide the basis for symbolic interpretation; they do not establish its scientific validity. The content is for entertainment and personal reflection, and is not a prediction of a certain future or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. It is neither a human-verified assessment nor crisis support. Do not delay seeking professional care or base significant decisions solely on the reading. AI may produce inaccuracies or similar wording; neither life outcomes nor the absolute uniqueness of the text are guaranteed. This does not limit the obligation to deliver the agreed content.
4. Price and Ordering
The price, currency, order contents, automatic membership, and cancellation rules are displayed before payment. You pay US$4.99 now to unlock your personal reading and simultaneously activate membership: the first 7 days are free, then US$6.99 every 7 days until cancelled. This is not a purchase without a subscription. You can correct your information before submitting the order. Consent to the terms, recurring payments, and immediate delivery must be actively given, not prechecked. Content is unlocked only after payment is verified on the server; a cancelled or failed payment will not unlock it.
5. Payments and taxes
Payment details are processed by Stripe. Available payment methods depend on the device and country. The prices shown in the configured offer include any applicable tax being collected; the final total is displayed before payment is confirmed. The currency is determined by the customer's known country, independently of the language of the page. In the EU, VAT is assessed according to the place of supply and the applicable scheme, including OSS for eligible cross-border supplies. The USA is not covered by OSS; any sales tax depends on the billing address, state, local rules and registration obligations. Stripe may calculate and collect tax, but the operator and its accountant are responsible for tax returns and remittance. Automatic calculation alone does not confirm that the correct registrations are in place.
6. Delivery and Documentation
The first personal reading is made available on the website immediately after payment confirmation and is also sent to the email address provided with the order. This does not guarantee a specific generation time. The order confirmation email contains the price, the consents given, and the wording of the accepted terms for your records. Keep the reading identifier and proof of payment; contact support if you encounter a problem. Statutory rights in cases of nondelivery and defects remain unaffected.
7. Withdrawal and complaints
Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right may be lost only when the statutory conditions are met: prior express consent to supply before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledgement of the loss of the right, and the required confirmation of the contract. Simply clicking or reading the terms is not sufficient. Consent relating to the first reading does not automatically remove rights relating to other or future supplies. There is no absolute ban on refunds: rights relating to defects, non-delivery, unauthorised payments and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Send a complaint or notice of withdrawal to support@theorbit.world with the date, order email address, identifier and a description of the problem; never send your full card number. Repair, price reduction, termination of the contract and refunds are governed by applicable law. Customers in the USA have rights under applicable federal and state laws.
8. Use, liability and disputes
The content is for personal, non-commercial use. Do not bypass payments or security, or misuse the interface. Customers are responsible for their own decisions; however, consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be limited are not excluded, particularly liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury. Czech law applies without depriving customers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence. We do not restrict access to a competent court, authority or statutory out-of-court dispute resolution procedure. For consumer disputes, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority: https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/. The discontinued European ODR platform is not used. Mandatory local rights in both the EU and the USA take precedence over any conflicting provision; no mandatory arbitration or class action waiver is agreed. New terms do not retrospectively change an accepted order; membership changes require prior notice and the applicable customer rights.
