Membership and Cancellation Terms

Updated October 8, 2026

ORBIT is in test mode: payments are not real, and live weekly membership has not launched. This information describes the offer being tested and does not confirm readiness for live sales. Translations were prepared with AI assistance; they are not certified legal translations. Delivery, order confirmations, cancellation verification, and local legal and tax requirements still need to be finalized before launch.

Payment and Automatic Renewal

Unlocking a reading costs $4.99. The same order includes an automatic weekly ORBIT membership, with the first 7 days free. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, you will be charged $6.99 every 7 days until canceled. Membership is not an additional option after purchase. It requires your active, express consent to recurring payments. The exact start and end of the trial period and future billing must be stated in the order confirmation. Weekly readings and their email delivery are the planned membership benefits; live sales are blocked until these are completed and verified.

How to Cancel Future Payments

On the home page, open Cancel Subscription and proceed to the secure Stripe portal using the email address from your purchase. Stripe verifies ownership of the email address. Simply opening the link does not cancel payments: complete the cancellation and check the confirmation and its effective date. In test mode, Stripe may restrict email verification; cancellation by an actual customer has not yet been verified. If you have trouble, send a request to support@theorbit.world; reasonable identity verification may be required. Cancellation stops future renewal payments as of the confirmed date; your already-paid personal reading will not be removed. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel membership. Your statutory right to withdraw or receive a refund is unaffected.

Changes and Failed Payments

The price and billing frequency will not be changed without disclosure. Before a change, customers must receive notice and the legally required opportunity to reject the change or cancel membership. A failed payment must not be represented as a paid-for supply. Remedies for nondelivery, cancellation, and billing are governed by the order terms and mandatory law in the customer's country. Local requirements for confirmations, renewal reminders, and easy cancellation must be verified before sales begin.
