When Withdrawal is Possible
An interpretation is digital content delivered immediately after payment. The right to withdraw within 14 days ceases if you explicitly consented to immediate delivery before delivery, confirmed the loss of the right of withdrawal, and received confirmation of the contract. This applies to each interpretation and each weekly interpretation separately. You may withdraw as long as the content has not been delivered. Membership cancellation is a separate act with future effect. In the USA, applicable federal and state law applies.
Complaints and Refunds
If an interpretation was not delivered, is incomplete or technically defective, or payment occurred without your authorisation, please email support@theorbit.world: name, purchase email, date, order identification, description of the problem, and desired resolution. Never send card details. We will process it within 30 days by correction, new delivery, discount, or refund to the original payment method. Model withdrawal form: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following [service], ordered on [date], identification [number], name [name], address [address], email [email], date [date].
